1. Add all ingredients (except apples, coconut sugar and honey) to a pot. Stir to combine and set aside.2. Cut the apples in thin slices and set on the bottom of a pan in a nice pattern, each slice besides the next. Once the entire pan is covered by apple slices, sprinkle with coconut sugar and add the next layer. When done with all the apples, sprinkle with sugar and set on the stove at medium heat with the lid on. Do NOT stir! Once they are cooked and tender, turn the heat off.3.
