Here is how you make Apple Whole Wheat Pancakes:

Dice one apple and place in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes on high. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl whisk together the milk, add the cooked apple, eggs, and honey. Slowly combine egg mixture with dry ingredients. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Spoon 1/4 c of batter on skillet per pancake. Flip when the pancake tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked, about 2 min.
