Here is how you make Apple Souffle:

Saute apples in 4 tablespoons of butter for 10 minutes over medium heat until soft, then add sugar and cinnamon and sugar until juicy. Put apples in greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix together salt, eggs, flour and milk and pour over apples. Bake uncovered for twelve minutes.Add 1/2 cup of cinnamon/sugar topping mixture and dot with remaining 4 tablespoons of butter.Bake uncovered for 20 more minutes, or until mixture rises to souffle type look (light golden brown mixture--and risen over pan).Let cool for 5 minutes b/4 cutting.YUMMY!!!
