USe cooking spray to lube up your skillet. Then at the frozen shredded potato. While that cooks a minute or two, slice up the dog. When the potatoes are almost done to your liking, add the dog. Cook about a minute and add the egg and pepper. Stir a bit to cook the egg and plate.
