1 egg1/2 cup egg substitute3 tablespoons milk1/2 teaspoon lite margarinePreheat oven to 350. Using a whisk thoroughly mix egg, egg substitute and milk. Melt margarine in microwave for 10 seconds. Whisk margarine into egg mixture. Spice with salt, garlic etc to taste.Thoroughly spray inside of oven safe dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture into dish. Place dish in oven and turn temperature down to 310. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is fully cooked. (Test center with toothpick: if no mixture comes out it is done.) When complete remove mixture from bowl and break up with a fork. Pepper to taste.
