Preheat oven 350 degrees1.Wash and core apples. Used paring knife and melon baller. (cores and seeds went outside for the birds) 2. Mix 2 packages of instant oatmeal with 3 tbsp of wheat germ, nut of choice (walnuts) and raisins, 2 tbsp brown sugar. in a bowl (If I had protein powder it would have been a great option)3. 2 tbsp of cold butter and cut it into 12 pats4. Fill each apple cavity with stuffing and put a butter pat on top5. Place in a large baking dish and add water to 1/4 way up the apples 6.
