Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Separate eggs. Beat yolks with milk, flour, salt & sugar. Beat whites until stiff.Place large, ovenproof skillet (cast iron preferred) over med. heat and add butter. When melts, fold egg whites into yolk mix. Pour into skillet & cook 2 min., then transfer to oven. Bake until golden (will be puffed) on top - 10-20 min.Makes 4-8 servings.Can add cream cheese, sour cream, jam for toppings, if desired.
