What Are The Ingredients For Barley Harvest Cereal (modified) Recipe?The ingredients for Barley Harvest Cereal (modified) are: Ingredients:Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup (remove) Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.5 cup (remove) Flax Seed, 5 tbsp Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cup Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Salt, 1 tsp Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp Wild Rice, .5 cup Cinnamon, ground, 5 tbsp Water, tap, 6 cup (may add up to 8 cups total which will make it softer and more liquid) How Do I Make Barley Harvest Cereal (modified)?Here is how you make Barley Harvest Cereal (modified): Simmer wild rice for 20 minutes on stove before adding to recipes, add rest of ingredients (i add hot water from rice to melt butter and mix in cinnamon), Bake in 350 oven for 90 minutes, stir once during cooking. This turns out as more of a solid when done, if you prefer it to be more liquid add up to 8 cups.
