How Do I Make Spicy Black Bean Scramble?

Here is how you make Spicy Black Bean Scramble:

Cook Veggie Sausage Patties until done, set aside. Sautee Onions until translucent, set aside. Drain and rinse black beans, set aside. Break up Veggie Sausage patties into pieces. Whisk eggs until well blended and add to non-stick skillet . When 1/2 set, add sausage pieces, onions, black beans, and cheese to one side of eggs. Using a rubber or silicon spatula, fold egg over filling. Turn once and cook until done. Cut omelet in half and serve. Top with Texas Pete hot sauce for an extra kick. Delicious!
