Preheat oven to 450*. Combine all ingredients except buttermilk, mix until crumbly. Pastry blender works great. Add buttermilk and make dough. If dough is too dry and crumbly, add more buttermilk, 1 tsp at a time. If too sticky, add a little more flour. Be careful not to overmix - biscuits will get tough. Dough can be rolled and cut with biscuit cutter or drinking glass. (2 1/2" diameter is great) Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 min.
