Mix in butter with your hands until the butter is the size of peas. Beat the eggs well with the milk. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Gently fold in blueberries. Flour surface and your hands. Turn dough onto surface and pat into a 3/4" thick rectangle (it will be very sticky). Cut into 4 squares, then cut each square into 2 triangles. Place scones on ungreased baking sheet and bake until golden brown. Remove scones to wire baking rack and let cook slightly before glazing.For glaze: Whisk together confectioner's sugar, lemon, and vanilla until smooth.
