Here is how you make Fresh Blueberry Scones:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Line a cookie sheet with foil.In a small bowl, mix the egg and the milk, set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. With a pastry blender or fork, cut the butter pieces into the four mixture.Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and mix. Add the lemond rind and blueberries, being careful not to squish the berries. Drop the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet.
