Here is how you make Amish Friendship Bread:

Whisk together in a medium bowl the flour, pudding mix, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda; set aside. In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients except topping, mixing well. Stir in the flour mixture, mixing only until just combined; do not over mix.Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon. Dust the greased loaf pans with half of this mixture.Pout the batter evenly into the pans. Sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top of each.
