Here is how you make Whole Grain Blueberry Bread:

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, beat sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla for 1-2 minutes with an electric mixer until combined. Add flour mix and buttermilk to sugar mixture. Beat on low until just combined. Gently stir in blueberries. Divide batter into two 8”X4”X2” loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping.
