1 package active dry yeast
1 1/3 c milk
3 T sugar
3 T butter
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
3 T butter, melted

Here is how you make Cinnamon-swirl Egg Bread (Better Home and Garden):

Combine 2 cups flour and yeast. In a saucepan heat and stire milk, sugar, butter and salt till warm and butter almost melts. Add flour mixture and eggs to liquid mixture in bowl and beat with electirc mixture on low for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat high 3 minutes. Add extra flour. Turn out on lighlty floured surface. Knead in enough of remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough that's elastic. Shape into ball, place in lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise in warm place 60 minutes.Punch dough down, divide into 6 portions, cover and let rise 10 minutes. Roll each portion into a ball then into evenly thick robe about 16 inches long. Line up three of the ropes, 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamin/sugar mixture. Braid. Let rise in warm spot for 30 minutes.
