What Are The Ingredients For Multigrain Bread Recipe?The ingredients for Multigrain Bread are: 1/2 cup warm water1 tsp sugar 1 envelope active dry yeast 1 cup water 3/4 cup 1% milk 2 T brown sugar 2 T butter 6 1/4 cups multigrain flour (Robin Hood) 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/3 cup wheat germ 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1 tsp salt How Do I Make Multigrain Bread?Here is how you make Multigrain Bread: Sprinkle yeast in .5 cup warm water into which 1 tsp of sugar has been dissolved. Let stand 15 min's and stir well. Heat 1 cup water, milk, brown sugar and butterto lukewarm, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add milk mix along with 2 cups of flour and beat un til smooth and elastic. Stir in oats, oat bran, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and salt. Add remaining flour gradually and and knead for 5 minutes if using mixer or 10 min's if kneading by hand. Add flour if needed until dough does not stick unto the bowl. Cover and let rise until double (aprox. 1 hour). Punch down and divide into 2 equal loaves. Place in pans and let rise until dough is about 1 1/2"higher than breadpan. Bake at 400 degrees on lower rack for 30 minutes.
