Here is how you make Multigrain Twist Bread:

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the flours, cereal, oats, sugar and yeast.Add the cream and water and mix just to form a dough. Cover and let stand 20 minutes.Add the salt and knead on low speed until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Add the granola and knead 2 minutes.Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise 1 hour.Punch dough down and divide in half. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.Roll each half into a rope, twist the two ropes together and pinch ends to seal. Place loaf in a greased 9x5? loaf pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 - 1 ? hours.Bake at 375?F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and the middle of the loaf registers 190?F.
