Take a cup of your amish bread starter and let sit out at room temp for an hour. Mix together the oil, sugar, and eggs and add to amish bread starter. In a seperate bowl mix together remaining ingredients except pecans and slowly add to wet ingredients. Mixing thoroughly. Add pecans. PreHeat oven to 350. Place mixture in a well greased loaf pan and place in oven while preheating. Cook for 45mins or until tooth pick comes out clean. Let rest and cool 1 hour before slicing.
