1.5 C. Splenda
1.5 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cinnamon

1 C. egg substitue
1 chopped apple


How Do I Make Bagel Bread Pudding?

Here is how you make Bagel Bread Pudding:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Mix egg substitute and milk. Tear bagels into pieces and place in bowl. Add milk mixture and let set for about 5 minutes. In a small bowl mix apple, cinnamon, splenda, nutmeg and vanilla. Add to bagel mixture and lightly stir. Pour into baking dish and place dish in larger baking pan. Fill with hot water until 3/4 full.
