Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Grease & flour loaf pans.Combine brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil & cider. Mix dry ingredients in seperate bowl. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix. Add walnuts & cranberries to mix then stir lightly.Divide evenly into 2 loaf pans. Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes. Use toothpick test to ensure doneness. Allow to cool 10 minutes before turning out of the pans.
