1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 Tbsp splenda

1 Tbsp fermipan yeast

Here is how you make High Fibre Raisin Bread:

Soak wheat bran in enough of the water to cover and be absorbed, about half hour. Mix remaining dry ingredients (we use fermipan yeast and mix right in with dry ingredients...no need to soak it). Add soaked bran and water and mix well. This dough needs to feel stickier than regular bread dough...you add water as needed. Knead in food processor about a third at a time then combine back together while kneading in the raisins...let rise once in a pam sprayed bowl, covered till double. Punch down, roll if you want and form loaf...let rise again then bake in 400 F oven for 30 min. Yield one loaf.
