In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together with a wisk. Add the water and oil and using a spatula blend the ingredients to for a mixed but rough dough - no kneeding required. Cover the bowl and let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes.Heat a tablespoon of oil on medium-high in a skillet. Divide the dough into 4 balls. Flatten by hand to shape in to rounds about 3/8 inch thick. Fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes until nicely browned.
