preheat oven to 350*f. prepare bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.open package of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. set aside.in a med bowl mix 2 tsp cinnamon with 2 tsp splenda sugar blend. roll quartered biscuit pieces in spice mix and arrange in bundt pan. DO NOT PRESS DOWN!On med low heat, in a small sauce pan: melt the butter (marg), and add the brown sugar and remaining cinnamon. remove from heat, stirring continually. pour this syrup over the arranged biscuit pieces. Bake uncovered in a 350*f oven 13-17 minutes. until the biscuits have puffed and the syrup has soaked into the bread.To remove volcano bread (monkey bread) from bundt pan: Place an unpside down plate over the opening of the bundt pan. Invert bundt pan while holding plate firmly in place.
