Pour into a bowl~ Then add Warm Water, malt, and the 1st measures of wheat and kamut flour, Mix that with 100 strokes and set aside to rest 50 minutes to an hour.~ Add oil and vinegar, mix then add the remaining flours flakes and cornmeal and knead until firm~ Last knead in the sprouted kernels.
