The ingredients for Bread for runners are:

5 dl Spelt Wheat fine
5 dl Spelt Wheat not fine
4 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
4 dl mixed grain (sunflower, sesam.....)
4 dl buttermilk
1 tsp salt
200-250 g Dates
3 dl boiling water

You can choose any grain you like. I always buy a 5-grain mix but you could just use what you have in the closet.

You could also use regular wheat or whole wheat. You could use Yogurt instead of Buttermilk if you like :)

Here is how you make Bread for runners:

This recipe makes two breads so you need to bread forms.Boil the water and put the Dates to the water and make it wait for a while.Take all the rest of the ingredients put it in a bowl. Take the Dadles and the water and put it in the bowl when it has waited for a while (5 min) and mix it all together with a cooking paddler. Do not mix to much, just so it fit's together.
