1. Cut Bacon up into small peices & fry in saute pan until done. Set aside.2. Scramble Eggs (& add onion if desired) . Set aside. 3. Take 1 Biscuit & flatten. Put desired amount of Egg, Bacon & Cheese on the flattened biscuit. 4. Take another Biscuit & flatten. Place on top of other biscuit. Pinch the sides of the 2 biscuits together until Egg, Bacon & Cheese is completely covered inside the two biscuits. 5. Sprinkle top of the pockets with cheese.6.
