Here is how you make Breakfast Strata:

Grease bottom of 13x9 pan.Mix together bread, bacon, mushriooms, cheese and green onion. Pour into 13x9 pan. Whisk together eggs and half and half. Pour evenly over bread mixture in pan. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.Pre-heat oven to 350 and remove plastic wrap from pan. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
