Preheat oven to 350.Spray 6 of the cupcake tin with cooking spray.Cook bacon, crumble and let cool. While bacon is cooking, chop up mushrooms and saute till soft, let mushrooms cool. Put cooled bacon and mushrooms in bowl and add shredded cheese, combine together. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Distribute the bacon mixture in the cupcake tins. Pour egg over bacon mixture.
