1 cup hash browns
1 serving polish kelbasa, sliced
1/4 cup diced ham
1 Tablespoon onions, chopped
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon canola oil


How Do I Make Skillet Breakfast?

Here is how you make Skillet Breakfast:

Put 1/2 teaspoon of canola oil in small frying pan on medium heat. Fry hash browns until lightly browned keeping it in the shape of the round pan. slide round shaped hash browns onto large plate. In the same pan cook 2 eggs on both sides until cooked, keeping the eggs in the round shape of the pan. Now tower the egg round on top of the hash browns. In same pan saute onion with the other 1/2 teaspoon of oil until translucent. Put onions on top of egg layer evenly. In same pan saute kelbasa slices and ham until browned lightly. Put both meats on top of onion layer. Slide entire plate of layers back into the pan with hash browns on bottom. Now top with shredded cheese and cook until cheese just starts to melt.
