1. Roll the crust out in a pie pan and edge. Pre-bake the crust according to package/recipe directions.2. Spread the broccoli evenly on the bottom. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. (If you wish, reserve some of the cheese to sprinkle on top of the egg mixture)3. Beat the eggs, then stir in half and half, water, cayenne and salt and pepper. Pour over top of broccoli and cheese.
