1-combine baking mix, ham, 1 3/4 cup cheese, and broccoli in barge bowl. make a well in center2- stir together mil, butter, egg until blended, add to cheese mixture. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans, and coat with pam.Spoon batter ito paper baking cups, filing 3/4 full. Springkle tops with remaining 1/4 cup cheee.Bake at 425 for 18 minutes. let stand 2-3 minutes before rmoving from pans. Makes about 15 muffins.Substitue mini muffin pans if desired.
