Here is how you make Sausage and broccoli frittata:

Cook the broccoli, chop, and set aside. Cook the sausage, dice, and set aside.Using the 1 tsp of oil and 2 TBSP of water, saute the chopped red onion. Cook for about 5 minutes or until softened. Add the broccoli and sausage into the pan with the onions, add the salt, and saute for 2 minutes.Whisk together the 4 whole eggs and the whites from the other 4 eggs. Pour the mixed eggs into the skillet with the other ingredients. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover with a lid and cook for approx. 7 minutes (until the edges cook and the center is somewhat liquid).Heat the broiler in your over. Sprinkle the frittata with the cheese. Place the whole skillet in the over (about 2" away from the broiler) and cook for 2 minutes.
