1 16 oz jar honey +- to taste
2 C chopped unsalted cashews
2 T Cinnamon
2 C sliced almonds
2 T Vanilla
1 C raisins

Here is how you make Lori's Better 'n Peanut Butter Granola:

In very large bowl mix oats, coconut and nuts. Set aside.In med saucepan mix peanut butter, honey & cinnamon. Heat until somewhat runny. Add vanilla. Stir well.Pour peanut butter mixture over oats and mix well. Spread onto cookie sheets. (I use 3 of them) Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely then add raisins and dates.Serving Size:?Makes 48 1/2 cup servings
