This recipe made 17 waffles using 1/4 cup of batter each.Mix all ingredients other than cooking spray and let sit while waffle iron preheats. Spray hot surface of waffle iron lightly. Measure and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each square of waffle iron (mine is a 4 waffle maker). Cook until the waffle is golden brown, approx 3 to 5 minutes, when the steam stops.
