Here is how you make Banji's Oats n Fruit Cake - Low Fat/Low Sugar:

Serving Size:?Makes 8 slices from a 8 inch cake pan-Preheat oven to 350 degrees-Spray an 8" round pan with cooking spray-Blend 1 cup of oats to make oat flour so you have 1 cup of oat flour and .5 cup of raw oats-Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. -Add vinegar to almond milk and stir-Add wet ingredients to bowl and stir until combined.-Fold in fruit (can be anything - some that I've tried are raspberries, rasp/blue/cherry combo, peach/pineapple combo, etc)-Pour into a 8" cake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. (very important)-Bake for 25-30 mins or until fork comes out clean and the cake seems semi firm (it's okay if it's a little soft)-Cool for 10 mins, then place a dinner plate on top, flip over the cake and remove the pan. (Looks prettier upside down)-Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy! Wonderful warm or cold.
