Preheat oven to 375.Mix all batter ingredients together in a large bowl.Mix all topping ingredients except butter in a small bowl. Melt butter for 20 sec in microwave and then add to small bowl and mix.Spray a 9x9 in square pan with cooking spray.Pour half of batter into pan. Swirl half of topping into batter in pan.
