Here is how you make Country Breakfast Casserole:

Melt margarine in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Add croutons and bread (torn into small pieces). Toss. Sprinkle cheese over croutons & bread. Evenly top with chopped onions. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour egg mixture over crouton/bread mixture. Sprinkle with ham. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Can be frozen and microwaved later. Cut evenly into nine pieces.
