Here is how you make Egg and Hash Brown Casserole:

Brown onion and bacon in a non-stick skillet, drain oil once bacon is crisp. Chop bacon into small pieces. Combine chopped bacon/onion mixture to other ingredients. Spray a 13X9 glass pan with PAM cooking spray. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until mixture is firm and fork comes out of center clean.
