Here is how you make Swiss Egg Casserole:

Spray 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray. Brown sausage and spread in bottom of pan. Spread grated swiss cheese over sausage. Whisk together half and half (or light cream), mustard and pepper. Pour half of cream mixture over sausage and cheese. Beat or whisk eggs until frothy, then pour over sausage/cheese/cream. Pour remaining cream mixture over eggs. Bake in 325 to 350 degree oven for 30-40 min.
