1 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)
1 cup Spinach, frozen
.5 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
.5 cup, diced Celery, cooked
.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.3 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream


How Do I Make Bacon and Veggie Breakfast Casserole?

Here is how you make Bacon and Veggie Breakfast Casserole:

Chop the red onions, celery, peppers, and mushrooms and saute in butter in a skillet. Cook bacon as desired (either in oven or on stove top). Drain and crumble. I used frozen broccoli & spinach and just cooked it in a little bit hot water on top of the stove and drained. Spray a 9' x 13" casserole dish with olive oil. Combine all the vegetables and bacon in the dish and spread in an even layer. Sprinkle cheese on top of veggies. Whip together 12 eggs and whipping cream, adding salt & pepper as desired.
