Here is how you make Celery Root Hashbrowns:

Cut off outer layer or the celery root, so you just see the white "meat". Grate into small hash brown size. Toss in a bowl with mushroom seasoning, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in a large cookie pan with ridges (so the butter doesn't melt off).Spread seasoned celery root onto the pan and let cook in the oven for 25 or so minutes.
