Cut bread into small cubes. Layer one-half of the bread cubes, broccoli, bacon and 1 cup of the cheese in buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with remaining bread cubes and cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, onion and dry mustard. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
