Here is how you make Cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing:

Put first 5 ingredients into a ziploc bag or mixing bowl, mix thoroughly.Add milk, egg, 1/4 cup melted butter and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.Add the extra white flour 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly, and stop as soon as dough holds together well.Knead for 5-7 minutes on a lightly floured surface, then put in an oiled bowl (turning to coat) and let rest for an hour and a half,covered lightly. Allow to double.pat dough out into a 12X15 rectangle, spread with melted butter and top with cinnamon sugar mix. Roll dough up and seal at bottom seam. Cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces and bake cut side up in a greased pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.While rolls are baking, mix 2 oz cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp milk to make icing.
