I will usually let it cook for a few seconds like that and then flip the whole crepe over to cook a few seconds on the other side giving the cream cheese time to melt.4. Remove from pan and spread 1 tblsp of Sugar Free syrup or jam over the top and enjoy!This is about 7.7 carbs per crepe.
