Here is how you make Egg and Cheese Torilla Omelet:

1. Crack the eggs and separate the egg whites into a small bowl. Whip with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste. 2. Heat burner and spray on Pam.3. Pour eggs into the small frying pan and immediately place the tortilla on top.4. Cook on medium low for about 4 minutes.5. Slowly lift up the edge of one side of your tortilla to check if the eggs are done. If they are, simply peel the tortilla ( with the eggs stuck on the bottom) of the pan and onto your plate with the eggs facing up. 6. Unwrap your cheese, shred it up with your fingers, and lay it out onto one side of the (egg side) omelet.7. Now fold the omelet in half with the tortilla on the outside to make a burrito look-a-like.8. Finally place the burrito back on the stove just until the cheese melts and then enjoy.9.
