Here is how you make Low-Cal Cheese/Fruit Danish:

Pre-heat oven to 375. Mix together Bisquick, flour, and Splenda for the cake batter. Add the remaining wet ingredients and blend just until smooth. Pour into a small or medium sprayed baking dish or loaf pan. Set aside.In a small bowl, blend cream cheese (softened in microwave for 10 seconds)and Splenda until smooth. Add the egg beaters and lemon juice and blend again. gently spoon cream cheese mixture on top of cake mixture spreading with rubber spatula. Crush your berries of choice, stir in 1/2 Tbsp Splenda, and spread mixture on top of cream cheese layer. Bake 18-20 min or until toothpick inserted in edge of cake comes out clean. Keep in mind the cream cheese and the berries may still be liquidy on top.
