In a small bowl beat together egg whites and yolk. Pour mixture into small skillet sprayed with Pam. Cook on med heat for 3-5 min or until almost set, flip cook an additional 30 seconds. Remove omelette to plate sprinkle with cheese, set aside.In same pan add mushrooms & asparagus. Cook for 2-3 min until veggies are tender crisp.
