Here is how you make Spinach and Cheese Egg White Cups:

1. Set Oven to 400 F (200 C) 2. Grease Muffin Tin with 1 Tbsp of Avocado Oil, then set the muffin tins aside. 3. Chop up spinach so it easily fits into the muffin tins without spilling over. 4. Once the spinach is chopped, evenly add spinach to the greased muffin tins. 5. Evenly add the Feta cheese between the 12 muffin tins. 6. Sprinkle with a little pepper and a little salt. Remember the feta cheese is a little salty, so just a little sprinkle salt if you must. 7. Fill the muffin tins with the egg whites just shy of the top of the muffin tin, just enough, so that you will not spill when placing them in the oven. TIP: I said to use 3 cups, depending upon how deep your muffin tins are, you may need a smidge less than 3 cups or you may need a dab more than 3 cups to fill the muffin tins. 8. Bake for 20 minutes. Once out of the oven, let them cool for a minute or two before eating. With the leftovers, place them in an air-tight container once cooled and store them in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
