When pastry is ready, roll out on floured surface about 1/8" thick. Cut into ~5" squares.Top each square with 1/4 C pie filling. Fold 2 opposite corners together, sealing edges of pastry to form a triangular turnover.Place pastries on baking sheet (sprayed with Pam). Let rise until doubled in size. (~ one hour) Bake in 350 degree F oven for ~ 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool slightly, then squeeze glaze over each turnover.While turnovers are baking, prepare the glaze. Melt the butter. Place all 4 ingredients in a ziploc bag, squeeze until well mixed. When turnovers are done & slightly cooled, snip off one end of the ziploc bag and squeeze glaze onto turnovers.
