Here is how you make Dijon Chicken Breakfast Bake:

Grease a 9x13 pan. Cube the loaf of bread into 1" cubes and layer half on the bottom of the pan. Follow with a layer of chicken, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. Layer last half of the bread. In a large bowl, mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the bread. Chill in refridgerator 2-24 hours.
